I kicked off a dinner party last week with a small selection of antipasto dishes, and whilst technically there was no cooking involved I thought it was still worth a mention here, simply because it looked so beautiful and was the perfect way to start the evening.
You can have antipasto any old time - nothing beats sitting back with a few friends, a good glass of wine and something delicious to graze on; especially on a sunny afternoon.
Prosciutto and mixed olives
Mini bruschetta rubbed with garlic, topped with cherry tomatoes, basil and spanish onion
